A ripping tool is used for driving out tacks and stripping frames of fabric, welting, gimp, etc. This tool can easily pull out upholstery tacks without a lot of effort.
For no-sag, regular and decorative nails, we recommend using a Tack Claw, which has a beefier claw and a wider shank channel.
