Osborne Gooseneck Webbing Stretcher

This is a great tool — easily pull jute webbing really tight and close to the frame. It also works great with elastic webbing for easy and taut installation.
The gooseneck design provides excellent leverage and many (including us) believe it's a safer and much easier to use than other stretchers.
