This tool won't regulate pressure or flow (like the name might imply - weird name for such a tool!), but it's excellent for smoothing out irregularities in stuffing / cotton padding and while shaping edges.
This regulator is an extremely handy tool with a nice plastic handle and a pointed, blunt end.
